Summary

Reporting to the Associate Director of Customer Success, the Customer Success Associate will serve as the execution point of contact for a book of client partners in partnership with an Account Executive. This role will primarily support clients in the golf/outdoor space, so experience or familiarity with that industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance reporting to craft actionable insights and optimization recommendations for brand clients.
  • Achieve quarterly goals that include maintaining and growing year over year invoiced revenue.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Project Managers to execute and launch client projects, including custom content builds, marketing campaigns, and other integrated initiatives.
  • Explain usage statistics, provide insights, and partner with Account Executives to drive measurable client ROI.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of client partners, ensuring strong communication and service.
  • Organize and lead client-facing platform training to elevate client knowledge of internal and external tools (analytics, sales rep training, order processing, etc.).
  • Maintain detailed records of client activities, key contacts, and personnel changes, and share updates with appropriate internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build and maintain master event calendars, planning promotional activities throughout the year.
  • Travel as needed for trade shows, client visits, and company-wide meetings.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of Account Management experience and/or Customer Success experience
  • Experience with direct B2B client communications
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, Google Suite, Outlook, Slack.
  • One hour proximity to a major airport preferred
  • Experience or familiarity with the Golf industry is a plus

The approximate compensation range for this role is a base of $58,000-$65,000 (annually). This position is also eligible for quarterly bonuses. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location.
