Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician's to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality products efficiently and accurately. Duties

• Assemble components and finished products using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment with precision and attention to detail
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and safety protocols to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to promote a safe and efficient factory environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety guidelines

Experience

• Prior manufacturing facility experience required, with a strong understanding of assembly processes
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line operations required
• Mechanical knowledge or background that enables quick learning of product assembly techniques preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
• Basic understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and compliance regulations

Physical Requirements

1. Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening.
2. Regularly standing and walking throughout an 8-10 hour day.
3. Must be able to work in-shop, or outside in year-round temperatures and rain.
4. Must be able to lift and carry objects 50 pounds, or occasionally 75 pounds, while utilizing all proper lifting procedures and practices.
5. Frequent stooping, bending, reaching, pushing and pulling.
6. Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment needed for the position.
