We are looking for a passionate, curious, and self-driven quantitative expert. Specifically, the ideal candidate is someone with ample e-commerce experience who demonstrates a keen understanding of how CRO drives revenue. This individual must have a deep comprehension of Google Analytics and the Shopify ecosystem to tell a story around user experience through a data-driven lens. We are looking for a team player who is able to work cross functionally alongside UX designers & developers to properly tag events, track user flows, and evaluate site performance in reference to identified key performance indicators. This individual must display a true passion for user behavior, and must understand heuristics & best practices as they pertain to optimizing user experience. The core competency of this individual must be rooted in data, analyzing it, pulling insights from it, and most importantly ensuring its accuracy/integrity. Furthermore, this individual must be able to expertly craft a narrative around the data they are working with, both in presentation reports and verbal presentation to stakeholders.
