THE ROLE
Ncontractsis hiring aSoftwareDeveloper- L3.This role willbetasked withbuilding software as part of a cross functional teamalongsideother developers,designers, product management,and QA.You willbe responsible forhelping to break down work,maintainingstrong communicationwith your teammates about the work you are doing, and holding yourself and your teammates accountable for creatinghigh quality, useful softwaretoour customers.

It is expected you will have the following: - Expertisein one or more of the following languages and their common frameworks: .NET Core / .NET Framework, and C#, .NET MVC & Web API, React or similar frameworks like Vue.js or Angular
- Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools and modern development practices
- Experience in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
- Understanding of API Security and OAuth
- Familiarity withdistributedversion control systems like Git
- Solid understanding of SQL best practices
- Experience writing unit tests
- Experience building and working with CI/CD pipelines with an understanding of PowerShell.
- Experience giving and receiving code reviews, both live and written.
It ishelpful for you to have at least some of the following: - Experience working in horizontally scaling systems
- Experience in orknowledge ofmessage/event driven architecture patterns and distributed systems architecture
- Familiarity with systems integration
- Experience working with an integrated design team
- An automation mindset

Compensation Information Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $100,000 to $130,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
