Description:

  • 5-month Contract
  • Pay Rate: $16-$17 per hour (on W2)
  • Hybrid: 425 W Superior Street, Suite 1100, Duluth, MN 55802
At Enbridge, our goal is to be the first-choice energy delivery company in North America and beyond-for customers, communities, investors, regulatorsand policymakers, and employees.

To meet that goal, Enbridge is partnering with Raise-a leading recruitment firm that specializes in IT, Technical, and Engineering staffing.

Together, Raise and Enbridge are building teams that are rising to meet the growing energy needs of North America. If you're looking for a challenging role that will make the most of your skills while allowing you to make an impact, this is it.

Enbridge is hiring a Clerk right now-when you apply, Raise will review your application within 48 hours and contact qualified applicants for interviews.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for a proactive, high-energy Clerk to support a fast-moving, high-visibility project. This role is far more than routine typing-you will be the driving force behind our credentialing workflow, ensuring data accuracy, high-quality badge production, and smooth logistical coordination.
  • If you excel in environments where the process evolves as the project unfolds, and you can pivot quickly without sacrificing precision, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-volume data entry with a strong emphasis on accuracy and verification of sensitive information.
  • Manage the full credentialing and badge production process, including capturing/uploading photos, formatting credentials, and operating badge-printing hardware.
  • Conduct final quality checks, identifying errors in data, formatting, or physical badge output before items are released.
  • Package and prepare batches of badges and associated materials, and coordinate mail-outs or shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support evolving administrative needs, including filing, scanning, document organization, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional attention to detail-you catch the errors others overlook (misspelled names, incorrect data, low-quality photos, etc.).
  • Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to maintain precision in high-pressure or high-volume situations.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting procedures; able to adapt quickly as the project evolves.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative to move tasks forward without constant direction.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) to ensure clarity and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
Project Environment:

This is a fluid, rapidly evolving project. Workflows and requirements may shift as the initiative grows, and success in this role depends on your ability to embrace change as a chance to refine, improve, and accelerate outcomes-not hinder them.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in data entry, administration, or a similar detail-oriented role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office-especially Excel-and comfort working with databases.
  • Willingness to learn and operate badge-printing equipment (training provided).
  • Ability to stand for periods of time during packaging, sorting, or mailing activities.
Please note: Successful applicants will be employees of Raise, working at Enbridge facilities with both Enbridge and contract employees.
