We are searching for the best talent for a Transcend: Senior Manager, Supply Chain Collaboration Global Template Owner! This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey (USE). Alternate hybrid locations may be considered at other Innovative Medicine Supply Chain hubs such as Dublin, Ireland; Galway, Ireland; Limerick, Ireland; Cork, Ireland; or Mayo, Ireland.

The Sr. Manager, Global Template Owner for Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) is accountable for defining, designing, harmonizing, and governing the global SCC template within Transcend. The role ensures global standardization of supplier collaboration processes across the IM Supply Chain, including raw material suppliers, CMOs, and logistics/manufacturing partners. The GTO leads design, build, test, and deployment of end-to-end SCC capabilities in SAP S/4HANA and integrated collaboration platforms, working across Plan, Source, Make, Quality, MD, Data & Analytics, and Integration workstreams.
This position plays a critical leadership role in Transcend, bridging business process owners, solution integrators, Transcend product teams, and regional/site teams to enable a scalable, harmonized, and future-ready collaboration ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the global template leader and SME for SCC capabilities, driving harmonized design across the IM Supply Chain by facilitating cross-functional design sessions, confirming standardized process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data standards, and challenging legacy practices to eliminate unnecessary customizations and ensure a unified global template.
- Lead the end-to-end SCC design, build, and test lifecycle across program increments, partnering with the Product Line Owner to shape sprint priorities and maintain a healthy backlog, collaborating with Integration, Data, MD, and Tech teams to ensure full solution readiness, and defining the test strategy with comprehensive SIT/E2E/UAT coverage while driving issue resolution throughout testing.
- Support the development and evolution of the multi-year supplier onboarding strategy-including segmentation tiers, onboarding waves, and global rollout plans-while providing leadership updates on SCC readiness, risks, and interdependencies across Transcend, Source, and Plan forums, and ensuring alignment between supplier engagement plans and the ERP deployment roadmap.
- Lead SCC deployment readiness, including cutover planning, staging activities, and supplier-facing preparation; serve as the escalation point for all deployment and hypercare issues; and partner with Training & Change teams to develop global training materials and deliver training across regions and sites.
- Establish SCC master and transactional data quality standards, partner with Master Data, Data & Analytics, and B2B/EDI teams to ensure accurate and harmonized data flows, and maintain governance over process updates, SOPs/WIs, and template version control across deployment waves.
- Influence stakeholders at all organizational levels- from technical teams to senior leadership-by building strong, trusted relationships with business SMEs, supply chain leaders, SI partners, and regional/site deployment teams.
Qualifications Education: - Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree is required
Experience and Skills: Required: - Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs
- A minimum of 3 years of Plan or Source business experience
- A minimum 1 years of business process design, engineering, or optimization.
- Expertise in the Plan/Source functional space
- Strong understanding of SAP systems.
- Outstanding business and digital acumen, including ERP expertise
- Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP / system environment
Preferred: - Knowledge in OMP supply chain planning solution
- Strong communication and change management
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate optimally and expertly with internal partners to develop ideas, find opportunities, and influence outcomes
- Prioritization and handling changing priorities in a fast- paced environment
- Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates
- Skilled at engaging and building relationships with senior business stakeholders
Other: - Certification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence, etc.)
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, domestics and international

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
