Bring your technical skills to this role! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading beverage manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. We are seeking candidates for Facilities Maintenance Technician roles on the 12-hour day shift 545 am - 6 pm (rotating 2-2-3 schedule). Compensation for these direct hire opportunities ranges between $50,960-$57,200 per year, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read more below!
What you will do as a Facilities Maintenance Technician:

• Learn and apply new processes and procedures in area of responsibility, as well as train, lead and communicate effectively with all co-workers
• Responsible for evaluating and continuous improvement of processes in area of responsibility working to minimize change overtime
• Ensure that every detail and specification of each product is met
• Follow work direction effectively, completing/overseeing all record keeping and performing all tests as required
• Maintain spare parts inventory, notifying manager when running low
• Maintain appropriate sanitation records, keeping track of what chemicals are used and in what concentration
• Give Public Relations tours and act as spokesperson for the company when requested
• Operate and maintain all equipment area of assigned responsibility, ensuring its working properly and as efficiently as possible
• Perform all other duties as assigned or required by the supervisor/customer

What you will need to be a Facilities Maintenance Technician:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have strong mechanical background, including thorough knowledge in areas of maintenance, plumbing, electrical, welding, heating, and refrigeration
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of company web-based programs
• Ability to read and interpret in English
• Ability to lift and or move up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records with math and science skills
