The role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor teams in application development across both front-end and back-end technologies.
Drive project focus by aligning teams and ensuring attention to detail in project execution.
Develop and oversee architectural plans, focusing on the big picture while managing specific project details.
Conduct code reviews and develop proof of concepts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Engage in hands-on development activities for approximately 25% of the time.

Qualifications
Experience in leading engineering teams with a focus on both front-end and back-end development.
Proven ability to mentor and guide teams in application development.
Strong skills in architectural planning and project management.
Experience in conducting code reviews and developing proof of concepts.
Hands-on experience in full-stack development.
