**What You'll Do:**
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in enhancing the client's operational capabilities and strategic initiatives. You will leverage your expertise to streamline complex processes, ensure data accuracy, and support global business objectives. Your contributions will directly influence the effectiveness and efficiency of key sales and operational workflows, driving tangible results for the organization.
* Administer and optimize CRM functionalities, including comprehensive data management, reporting, and security model configurations.
* Configure and manage quote-to-order processes within CPQ systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from lead generation to order fulfillment.
* Contribute to data migration efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and data integrity across platforms.
* Conduct thorough audit and compliance checks to maintain data quality and adhere to regulatory standards.
* Collaborate on projects involving Lead-to-Order (L2O) processes and support global system deployments.
* Work with integration and reporting tools to enhance system interoperability and provide insightful analytics.
**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of experience in CRM and CPQ environments.
* Demonstrated expertise in CRM administration, including data management, reporting, and security model configuration.
* Proficiency in CPQ configuration and quote-to-order processes.
* Familiarity with data migration principles and practices.
* Experience with audit and compliance checks.
* Familiarity with Lead-to-Order (L2O) processes and global deployments.
* Exposure to integration tools and reporting tools.
