Allied Universal - - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial chemical and/or petrochemical location; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, process areas, tank farms, docks, parking areas, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions; Control access at gates and other entry points by verifying identification and/or work authorization, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing traffic flow as required by site policy; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, access control issues, spills or releases notifications, and medical calls, while coordinating with site contacts and/or local responders as directed; Document patrols, inspections, and incidents in written and/or electronic reports, complete required logs, and communicate status updates to the Allied Universal supervisor and/or site management
