What you will do:

When you first arrive, you'll learn about Zywave, our story, our products, our vision, and our process. Once you're up and running, you will work with product development team members to develop cutting edge, best-in-class, SaaS applications. On a regular basis, you will program, develop, document, troubleshoot, debug, and maintain our modern web-based applications.

What You Will do:

• Take ownership over efforts to deliver insanely valuable software to users
• Develop, test, document, troubleshoot and debug Zywave's web-based applications to meet the needs of our internal and external customers within an empowered Team based environment.
• Collaborate and brainstorm with Team members to plan, design and task out activities that will be completed in continuous delivery cycles
• Collaborate and brainstorm with Team members to evolve world class software development practices and tools
• Continuously enhance your skills and the skills of fellow teammates through shared Team experiences, coaching and mentorship
• Develop validation tests and tooling to ensure our solutions always fulfill users' needs while minimizing risks
• Assist in product deployments, including, but not limited to creation, installation, training, documentation, and maintenance
• Have the opportunity to join UX research calls with our end users to rapidly understand what features they value most
• Build world class software while learning, growing and having fun

You will build on top of:

• The latest .NET versions.
• C#, NextJS, React
• Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, IIS, Serverless
• SQL Server, MySQL, NoSQL (DynamoDB)
• CI/CD scripting and automation tools

Factors for Success

• Formal education in information systems technology or computer science
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Demonstrate a high level of organizational, creativity and problem-solving skills
• Ability to demonstrate SOLID development technical concepts
• Familiar with using modern SaaS oriented design methodologies, patterns, and architecture
• Familiar with modern software development methodologies

Technology orientation

• .NET technology ecosystem
• NextJS/React ecosystem or similar
• APIs and micro-service patterns
• Integrations with 3rd party REST/SOAP APIs
• RDBMS patterns
• Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code, Git
