Marchon's healthcare client is hiring a Data Analyst / BI Developer to join their Data team. The Data Analyst / BI Developer will support the creation of analytics and dashboards to monitor their initiatives and outcomes. The initial focus will be on aggregate Key Performance Indicators from various sources. As the program matures, there will be opportunities to dive deeper with data, combining data from multiple sources to create a fuller picture of the health data. The team will be working to create a shared Enterprise Data Platform and to define and understand the KPIs. Team members will engage directly with various teams to understand their technical landscape, business objectives, and gaps in current data capabilities.

As the program matures, data from various sources will be integrated into the Enterprise Data Platform and attention will shift to be more stable, production-ready delivery of dashboards using Snowflake & Tableau.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• BS in Computer Science, related degree, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with SQL, Python, R, Snowflake, SharePoint, Tableau and/or other Business Intelligence & Programming Tools required. Snowflake and Tableau are highly preferred.
• 3+ years' experience working as a BI programmer/developer in healthcare
• 5+ years of Tableau Server experience. This individual will develop reports, dashboard, and data visualizations using Tableau Server
• Mange assigned requests from a variety of diverse business users. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills as this individual will collaborate with technical and non-technical staff.
• Must be able to work on Marchon's W2. No visa sponsorship.
