Popcorn Potential is expanding its North American consulting team and is seeking experienced education professionals to contribute to leadership and career development initiatives within a remote environment.

This role is designed for established educators who bring strong communication, mentoring, and strategic thinking skills and are interested in applying them in a flexible consulting capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured virtual consultations with professionals exploring leadership and career development
• Apply facilitation and mentoring skills to support individual growth objectives
• Engage qualified contacts through digital platforms including LinkedIn and Zoom
• Contribute to content visibility aligned with leadership and professional effectiveness
• Operate independently within established systems, policies, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in education, instructional leadership, curriculum development, or related fields
• Demonstrated strength in communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
• Comfortable working in a remote, technology-enabled environment
• Self-managed with strong professional accountability
• Interest in consulting or independent work models
