Fully Remote | Travel Reservations Assistant Training Provided

We are seeking organized and service-driven individuals to join our team as a Travel Reservations Assistant. This fully remote role supports clients with coordinating travel arrangements, confirming reservations, and ensuringaccurate itinerary details.

No prior travel industry experience is required. A structured training program and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with booking and confirming flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
• Support clients by answering travel-related questions and providing reservation updates
• Review booking details for accuracy, including dates, traveler information, and payment timelines
• Maintain organized client records and documentation
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Provide follow-up assistance prior to departure and after travel completion

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear and professional communication abilities
• Comfortable navigating online systems and reservation platforms
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
• Customer service or administrative experience is helpful but not required
