Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for residents, taking into account their medical conditions, dietary restrictions, and preferences
• Conduct nutrition assessments and monitor residents' progress to ensure optimal health outcomes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address nutrition-related issues
• Provide education and counseling to residents and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive nutrition program, including menu planning and meal service management
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and service to residents

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field
• Registration as a Dietitian (RD) or eligible to register
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
