DevOps & Engineering Practices
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Version control and branching strategies
• Containerization concepts (Docker preferred)
• Automated testing practices
Front-End / UI Design
• Experience with React, Vue, Angular, or similar frameworks
• Understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards
• Responsive application development
AI & Automation Experience
• Experience integrating AI services or APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.)
• Exposure to intelligent automation or workflow optimization
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS modules)
• Experience with enterprise-scale implementations
