Overview

Quorum is looking for Business Analyst who will work on developing and supporting back-end APIs through the Quorum MuleSoft integration platform.

Responsibilities

  • Independently drive critical requirements discussions, managing dependencies across multiple functional areas to achieve the best outcome for Quorum as a whole.
  • Elicit and document business and functional requirements using a variety of interview techniques
  • Partner with key stakeholders in Finance, Sales, Marketing, and IT as well as other business stakeholders to develop, document and optimize processes to effectively support the projects key objectives.
  • Develop and maintain business process flow diagrams that span across solutions, end-to-end.
  • Transform business requirements into detailed User Stories and clearly defined acceptance criteria that applications developers can consume.
  • Decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to facilitate a general understanding, focusing on the data information flow within and between applications.
  • Lead change management by engaging and communicating across varied audiences including stakeholders, clients, delivery teams and upper management during the lifecycle of a given project.
  • Act as a key liaison between the business and the technology consulting partners to drive the success of implementation.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing activities.
  • Manage customer expectations of products and services to be delivered.
  • Participate in relevant centers of excellence as they pertain to either Scrum, Scrum Master, Product Owner and/or Project Management focus areas.
  • Interact with various roles at multiple levels: senior executives, various program leaders, core team members, and general business and IT audience.
  • This role will need to be flexible as many business partners are global.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, technology, or related field. Advanced degree desirable.
  • 7+ years working in a fast-paced environment that experiences continuous change
  • 7+ years of demonstrated business process analysis and/or project management experience
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills tailored to meet the needs of the different end users, team members, sr. management and executive leadership in cross-cultural business environment
  • Must be well organized, methodical and pay close attention to detail
  • Possess excellent written/oral communication skills
  • Able to work well in a highly collaborative cross discipline team
  • Flexible approach, willing to wear multiple hats if needed
  • Proven ability to collaborate in a global / matrix environment
  • Strong work ethic with focus on meeting deadlines and objectives
  • Solution minded, detail-oriented and is firm yet flexible
  • Knowledge and experience with Scrum/Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Leading teams in a matrix environment consisting of various types of roles and skill sets
  • Strong business analysis skills
  • Understanding and appreciation of processes/procedures and governance required to lead projects and programs

Preferred Skills
  • NetSuite/Salesforce implementation experience is a strong consideration
  • Nice to have - CPM: Certified Scrum Product Owner
Additional Details
  • Salary commensurate with experience ($86,300 - $105,700 US Dollars) with bi-weekly pay via direct deposit. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Quorum Software reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications, experience, training, work history, and geographic location of the selected candidate.
  • Background Check : The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver's License Verification and passport/ID validation.
  • Visa Sponsorship : Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in the United States is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
