Local Marketing Manager (High-Volume QSR)

About the Role

We operate one of the highest-volume restaurants in the region, generating over $10 million in annual sales. We aren't looking for a corporate strategist to sit in an office; we are looking for a boots-on-the-ground Marketing Manager who lives and breathes our community.

Your mission is simple: Protect our $10M base and find the next $1M in growth. You will be responsible for driving transaction counts, exploding our catering business, and making our restaurant the "official" partner of every school, team, and business in a 3-mile radius.

What You'll Do

* Local Store Marketing (LSM): Build and maintain relationships with local schools, hospitals, and businesses. You will be the "face of the brand" at community events.

* Catering Growth: Proactively hunt and secure large-scale catering accounts. If there's a local office party or a high school banquet, they should be eating our food.

* Digital & App Strategy: Drive adoption of our mobile app to increase guest frequency and data collection.

* Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to guest feedback on Google, Yelp, and social media with speed and personality.

* Hyper-Local Content: Capture "in-the-moment" content of our team and guests to keep our local social media channels buzzing and authentic.

* Throughput Support: Work with the operations team to create promotions that drive traffic during "shoulder hours" (2 PM 5 PM).

Who You Are

* The Hustler: You'd rather be out meeting people than sitting behind a desk.

* Data-Informed: You don't just "post to post"you check the POS system the next morning to see if your efforts actually moved the needle.

* The Connector: You know the names of the local high school coaches, the hospital admin, and the leaders of local charities.

* QSR Native: You understand the speed of quick-service. You know that a 30-second delay in the drive-thru is a marketing problem.

Requirements

* Experience in Restaurant Marketing, Sales, or Hospitality Management.

* Proven track record of growing sales or managing large-scale local partnerships.

* Excellent communication skills (you aren't afraid to pick up the phone or walk into a business).

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends for community events.
