In this role, you will support retail operations by engaging with customers and assisting them with their technology and service needs in a dynamic retail environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate technology solutions, and guide customers through their shopping experiences. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, product knowledge proficiency, and effective use of digital tools. Your work will improve the customer experience and help achieve our organizational goals by fostering strong relationships and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized technology and service solutions that cater to individual customer needs through strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Use digital tools to present network coverage, service plans, and product features, enhancing customer understanding and engagement.
  • Complete necessary training to develop a thorough understanding of retail processes, systems, and the latest advancements in wireless technology.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a seamless customer experience and contribute to team goals.
  • Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.
Education and Work Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • A passionate customer advocate with a genuine desire to connect and create enjoyable interactions (Required).
  • A competitive spirit and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales setting (Required).
  • A strong willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues (Required).
  • Effective in balancing customer needs with performance goals (Required).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Safety Sensitive Position: No

Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour in training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training with eligible hourly training pay. Upon completion, Associates will promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for annualized incentives targeting $18,000/year, subject to performance and full-time status. All T-Mobile employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour, including base pay and incentives. Additionally, every employee has access to an Annual Stock Grant.
