The AI Automation Lead for Trust will lead Autodesk Trust in designing and deploying automation and AI driven process with a goal to assist, augment, and automate Trust teams and workflows. This role will also be responsible for evangelizing process excellence, automation tools, and AI enhanced process adoption across Trust. This individual will report directly to the Director of Trust GRC and should be passionate about helping teams identify and achieve successful outcomes. The role requires someone who can both build and maintain systems, as well as someone who is inspired by coaching and teaching others in building their own solutions. This individual must be a strategic thinker who can work cross-functionally to ensure these solutions meet the highest standards of security and user trust. This role can be on-site, hybrid, or remote anywhere in the United States.

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $165,000 and $296,450. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
