Front Office Software Engineer, Fixed Income/C++

Fintech Industry Leader providing institutional traders with data and trade insights to commodities markets has an immediate need for a Front Office C++ Software Engineer to join their growing team. In this role you will join a Front Office team building innovative solutions that improve price discovery, liquidity, and distribution of data. We employ low latency and high frequency infrastructure that provides faster execution, better prices and reduced risk. As the Front Office Software Engineer you will be responsible for front to back software development and support, working closely with the desk. Please note this is a hybrid position.

Role Responsibilities include:

• Hands on C++ software development building and optimizing high volume, Fixed Income trading systems
• C# Front-end GUI development of solutions for the financial services industry
• Software development of Front Office trading solutions for the Fixed Income business
• System monitoring and client support.

• Experience building and optimizing Low latency, electronic trading systems.
• Interest Rate Futures and UST Bond knowledge
• Auto Spreading / hedging
• Excellent hands on C++ development skills
• GUI development experience using C# or WPF
• Agile methodology
• Self-starter and able to work independently within a highly collaborative team.
• Strategic problem solver.

• Knowledge of DevExpress and Broadway Technology
