Position Overview

The Senior IT Applications Developer will join the IT Applications team, supporting enterprise business systems including ERP (Epicor) and related manufacturing platforms. This role is responsible for the development, customization, configuration, and maintenance of internal applications critical to business operations.

Our client develops innovative medical technologies that improve cardiopulmonary patient outcomes worldwide. This position directly supports systems that enable life-saving therapies and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and develop effective technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and validate ERP-related applications and system customizations.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and reports to extract and manipulate data across relational databases.
• Maintain technical documentation and manage source control for application design and implementation.
• Coordinate development schedules and ensure support tickets are processed in alignment with SLA requirements.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, functional users, and IT departments.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and serve as a technical mentor for Epicor ERP applications.
• Support team objectives, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality development standards.

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Experience:

• 5+ years working with relational databases, ERP systems (such as Epicor), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (e.g., Siemens OpCenter)
• Proven success as a technical lead in ERP implementations or development
• Experience managing cross-functional projects

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency with SQL Server databases
• Experience with .NET Framework, C#, Java, JavaScript, or similar technologies
• Experience with ERP system customization and configuration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epicor ERP
• Experience with Azure Data Factory
• Background in manufacturing or regulated environments
