Pay Range: $40.00-$50.00

Aspiranet is seeking a skilled and mission-driven IT Systems Administrator to serve as the technical lead for our new Enterprise Case Management (ECM) System. This system is a critical part of strengthening coordinated, whole-person care for children, youth, and families across our programs.

In this role, you will play a key part in implementing, securing, and supporting a Microsoft-based case management platform-while also contributing to broader IT initiatives that support Aspiranet's mission statewide.

Position Summary

The IT Systems Administrator is a permanent member of the Information Services team and serves as the technical owner of Aspiranet's Microsoft-based Case Management System (ECM).

During implementation and stabilization, this role focuses on configuration, administration, security, integrations, and operational support of the ECM platform. Working closely with the Project Manager, program stakeholders, and the implementation vendor, the IT Systems Administrator ensures the system is reliable, secure, and aligned with agency business needs. Over time, this role will also support additional enterprise applications and IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
ECM / Case Management System Administration

  • Serve as the internal technical lead and Power Platform Administrator for the ECM system.
  • Administer and configure Microsoft technologies including Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, and integrations in collaboration with vendors and project leadership.
  • Support data migration, testing, and validation activities.
  • Maintain environment lifecycle management (development, test, production).
  • Provide ongoing technical support for ECM users and system issues.
Enterprise IT Systems Administration
  • Support additional agency applications and enterprise systems as assigned.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, identity management, and collaboration tools.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact with Microsoft and third-party vendors.
  • Support system integrations, infrastructure modernization, and IT initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve general IT service requests.
Security, Compliance & Operations
  • Implement role-based access controls and security best practices.
  • Support audit logging, compliance, and data protection requirements.
  • Participate in release management, change control, backups, and disaster recovery.
  • Escalate technical risks and issues appropriately.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience as an IT Systems Administrator or in enterprise application support.
  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies.
  • Experience configuring user roles, permissions, and security models in Dataverse environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting case management, CRM, or ECM platforms.
  • Experience with Power BI or Microsoft reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations and data exchange formats.
  • Experience with application lifecycle management and DLP policies.
  • Experience working in HIPAA or other regulated environments.
Work Environment & Schedule
  • Primarily remote with hybrid, in-person collaboration as needed.
  • Extensive computer-based work using Microsoft tools and enterprise systems.
