PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand & walk for long periods of time

• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, use force, carry, push/pull, and lift <50 lbs. occasionally

• Ability to apply manual dexterity and specified visual acuity

Basic Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and ongoing maintenance of factory building, including basic plumbing and electrical, changing filters, chemical tests on boilers, generator testing, etc.

• Perform preventative and ongoing basic maintenance of some assembly line machinery.

• Perform equipment changeovers for various product sizes on various packaging machinery.
• Assess needs in regards to maintenance, spare parts, modernization, improvement of process.

Required Qualifications:

• Mechanical and plumbing skills
• Electronic skills a plus.
• Ability to identify, evaluate, and problem solve.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient software skills, Outlook, Word, Excel.
• 18 years of age & pass a drug screen & background check
• Reliable transportation & dependable attendance
• Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed
