Responsibilities

• Host virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Educate individuals and families on available supplemental coverage options
• Support clients throughout the enrollment process and follow-up communication
• Develop best practices in client service, consultative sales, and professional communication
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation
