Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Length: 12+ Month Contract (Potential for Extension)
Schedule: Hybrid 2-3 Days Onsite (must be local to Orlando, FL)

Position summary

4 Corner Resources is seeking an Construction Project Manager that leads the planning, design, and delivery of building technology and low voltage infrastructure projects. This role owns the end to end implementation of communication, physical security, network, and IT systems across new construction and renovation efforts. The position partners closely with facilities, IT, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on scope, on schedule, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Review and mark up construction drawings for low voltage and IT systems
• Ensure proper design and layout for network, security, communication, and building technology systems
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources across multiple projects
• Author scopes of work and support vendor selection, RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations
• Oversee installation, testing, punch lists, and system turnover

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate's degree with two additional years of related experience or high school diploma with five additional years of related experience accepted
• Five or more years of project management experience supporting low voltage, communication, physical security, network, or IT infrastructure
• Experience applying a formal project management methodology
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing vendors
• PMP certification preferred

• Strong understanding of construction environments and building technology systems
• Ability to read and redline construction drawings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable presenting to and working with executive stakeholders
