Job Requirements and Essential Functions:

• Preferred experience as a Hourly Champion for internal promotions.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• Able to perform basic business math.

• Able to stock shelves and coolers with necessary supplies.

• Ability to oversee and manage a team, providing direction and support.

• Capable of performing cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and managing waste disposal.

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the parking lot and surrounding grounds.

• Must tolerate standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs., as well as stooping during the majority of the shift.
