The Opportunity

We are seeking a Regional Quality Director to lead and execute the regional quality strategy across multiple manufacturing facilities. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving quality performance, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement through robust systems and strong team leadership.

This individual will serve as a strategic partner to Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain leadership, while directly leading and developing site-level Quality Managers and teams. The ideal candidate brings executive presence, hands-on manufacturing experience, and the ability to influence across a multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional quality strategy aligned with corporate objectives and customer expectations
• Standardize quality systems, metrics, and governance across multiple sites
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, FDA, and customer-driven requirements
• Lead internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
• Drive root cause analysis, CAPA processes, and systemic problem-solving
• Partner cross-functionally to reduce scrap, rework, and customer complaints while improving process capability
• Establish risk management frameworks including PFMEA, control plans, and validation strategies
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing quality teams across the region

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related discipline required
• 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in manufacturing
• Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred
• Experience in plastics, injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, thermoforming, or rigid packaging highly desirable
• Strong background in regulated environments and customer-facing quality leadership
