This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the technical product strategy for platform services andintegrations, including APIs, marketplace solutions, partner integrations, and AI-powered workflows. You will drive the evolution of a B2B SaaS ecosystem, enabling customers and partners to extend platform capabilities while ensuring seamless interoperability across products. The position involves defining roadmap priorities, collaborating closely with engineering and partner teams, and translating technical possibilities into strategic business outcomes. You will influence both technology architecture and partner success, helping to scale integrations, drive adoption, and deliver measurable impact for the organization's growth. This is a hands-on, builder-focused role requiring strong technical fluency, strategic vision, and the ability to navigate complex partner ecosystems.

Accountabilities:

• Own the platform and integrations product area, including APIs, marketplace, partner integrations, and AI-driven automation.
• Define and execute the technical product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive adoption, scalability, and partner success.
• Manage relationships with strategic technology partners, serving as the technical voice for platform capabilities and architecture.
• Drive the development and growth of the integration marketplace, including certification programs, onboarding, and adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with product squads to ensure cross-product integration surfaces work seamlessly and support emerging AI workflows.
• Influence technical standards, partner enablement, and marketplace economics to maximize ecosystem value.
• Facilitate continuous improvement, technical innovation, and adoption of modern integration patterns.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years focused on platform, API, or integrations products in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong technical fluency: able to read API documentation, discuss REST architecture, evaluate authentication schemes, and communicate effectively with engineers.
• Proven experience managing technology partner relationships and ecosystems, including partner onboarding, integration quality, and co-development initiatives.
• Deep understanding of modern AI-forward integration platforms, iPaaS tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), webhook infrastructure, and emerging agentic AI patterns.
• Experience with marketplace or ecosystem product management: building products that others can extend or build upon.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to translate technical details for business stakeholders and executives.
• Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving, lean organization.
• Customer-centric mindset with experience in discovery-driven product development, opportunity mapping, or Jobs-to-Be-Done methodologies.
