Position Summary

This is your chance to excel in a role with incredible growth potential! As an Account Management Specialist, you will be at the forefront of managing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and success. In fact, most of our Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents began their journey in this very position.

Your dynamic role will involve:

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of accounts
• Effectively managing early-stage collections (1-6 days past due)
• Utilizing account management tools to maintain account health and secure payment commitments
• Completing scheduled deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups
• Delivering exceptional customer service both in-store and in customers' homes
• Driving sales growth by generating new rental agreements
• Safely transporting, installing, and handling merchandise
• Maintaining showroom standards and upkeeping company vehicles
• Adhering to all company safety and operational standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise
• Capacity to drive a box truck
• Willingness to stand and drive for extended periods

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, Monday through Saturday with Sundays off and one additional weekday off
• Physically active role requiring lifting, bending, and standing
