Hourly Wage: $13.00/hr

Additional Info: Hourly, Variable hours, Non-exempt

Your Role:

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand partnerships and assisting retail customers in effectively managing and displaying their products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing plan-o-gram updates
  • Restocking displays or shelves
  • Conducting surveys and audits
  • Assisting in store remodels
  • Tagging products with security materials

You will be servicing multiple retail locations within a predetermined territory on a recurring basis.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent thinker with problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with smartphone technology preferred
  • Ability to manage scheduling, reporting, and expenses remotely and punctually
  • Effective time management skills
  • High ethical standards in all work practices
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking
  • Capacity to lift up to 40 pounds

This position reports directly to a District Manager, while working independently at various retail locations.
