ID & Access Management Support Staff (Saviynt)
Location: Vienna, VA
Hybrid: Three days per week onsite
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced ID & Access Management Support Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our identity and access management infrastructure, ensuring security compliance, and delivering excellent support to our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve incident tickets and fulfill Service Catalog requests
- Complete release and change tickets
- Handle security vulnerability remediation tasks related to Saviynt configuration changes
- Reduce security risks and enhance compliance through proper access management
- Improve user experience by ensuring proper identity and access controls
- 5-10 years of experience supporting Identity Management and Governance services
- Demonstrated expertise with Saviynt platform
