About the Role

• Build strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding service and suggesting appropriate financial solutions.
• Handle payments in customer accounts accurately and professionally.
• Engage with current, former, and prospective customers to drive loan production.
• Manage cash drawers and accounting tasks, ensuring accurate deposits and balances.
• Support day-to-day administrative functions, from checking branch mail to managing office supplies.
• Process loan applications and collect payments efficiently.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Cash Handling, Sales, or Customer Service.

Work Schedule

This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional extended hours during the week, including Saturdays as needed.
