Job Description
We are onboarding independent contractors to support fundraising efforts for nationally recognized nonprofit organizations through ACD Direct.

This opportunity is best suited for individuals who communicate clearly, remain composed under pressure, and can follow structured scripts and processes consistently.

What the Work Involves

• Handling inbound and outbound donation-related calls
• Engaging donors professionally and respectfully
• Accurately entering pledge and donation information
• Following compliance and script guidelines
• Meeting attendance and performance benchmarks

Important Details

• This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity
• Certification attendance is mandatory
• Startup and technical requirements apply
• Contractors manage their own schedule and performance
• Performance expectations must be maintained to continue servicing

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year on-site experience
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable navigating systems while speaking
• Dedicated, quiet home workspace

Technical Requirements

• Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum; 16GB recommended)
• USB headset with noise cancellation
• Wired high-speed internet (WiFi-only not permitted)
• Dual monitors recommended
• No MacBooks or Chromebooks

Compensation

Contract pay typically ranges $13-$15/hour depending on campaign and performance.
