Position Title Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We provide in-clinic ABA services for young children diagnosed with Autism, focusing on communication and social skills development. About The Role BCBA provides support to clients, families, and behavior technicians by coordinating and overseeing the implementation of ABA strategies and procedures. BCBA conducts skills and behavior assessments in order to design and maintain effective, meaningful, and individualized treatment programs for children diagnosed with Autism. BCBA provides ongoing supervision and training of behavior technicians as it relates to the delivery of ABA services in a clinical setting and consults with parents/guardians to ensure the carryover of treatment plans in the client's home/natural environment.
