Insight Global is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Owner Relations Coordinator with experience in the oil and gas industry. This role involves managing incoming support tickets through ServiceNow, responding to owner inquiries-primarily via email-and ensuring clear, professional written communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of oil and gas operations, be comfortable handling a high volume of tickets, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in a helpdesk or customer support environment are a plus.
Compensation:
$18/hr to $20/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1 year of experience in an oil & gas role
• Ability to answer oil and gas questions ranging from "When will I be paid next month?", "Who do I call for leasing", ACH enrollment, mineral deeds, mineral sales, and transfer requests.
• Experience working with a ticketing system
• Proficiency with Office 365 products
• Ability to manage and prioritize tickets
• Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous SAP experience
• Peloton - LandView and WellView
Oil and Gas accounting knowledge
