Are you looking to work in an exciting remote customer service position taking exclusively inbound calls? We are hiring customer service oriented, computer savvy individuals for a premier service provider here in the Lansing area.

LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Must live in Michigan State.

REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB DECSRIPTION:

This position is responsible for taking inbound calls and providing a high level of customer service. Also responds to email inquiries.

REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Service

• Documents calls accurately

• Performs data entry updates

• Navigates between computer programs seamlessly during calls

• Handles calls that may deviate from standard screens, scripts, and procedures

• Communicates complex information using job experience to anticipate and proactively address related questions.

REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High school diploma, G. E. D.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High Level of Computer Competency

Minimum six months general office experience required

REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:

• Knowledge of how to navigate computer programs

• Impeccable phone etiquette

• Dedication to customer service

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to multi task

• Ability to follow established procedures

• Ability to manage time

• Ability to work with others

Pay: $15/hr
