The objective of this position is to provide support and education to residents to improve their financial well-being. The Financial Coach is responsible for meeting people where they are at financially, whether it be to: (a) address a current financial crisis; (b) meet their day-to-day financial obligations; or (c) plan for the future. The Financial Coach is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of Achieve's Financial Well-being Programs. With a focus on improving the long-term financial behavior of CHW residents, the Financial Coach facilitates residents to set and achieve financial goals largely on their own; helps residents practice new behaviors and monitors those behaviors over time; and targets residents with a minimum level of financial skills and experience.
