We are currently looking for an Account Manager here in Covington, LA! Come join a growing team in a fast-paced and engaging work environment! This role involves building and maintaining relationships with current customers as well as upselling our service offerings. This is done through in-person meetings with customers, as well as through phone and virtual meetings. You will also assist with day-to-day customer service needs of our accounts.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Highly motivated, organized, and passionate individuals
• Someone who is coachable and able to work well in a team environment
• The ability to present customized business solutions to executives and owners, ranging from ways to increase operational efficiencies, streamline accounting processes, and reduce labor hours associated with managing their supply chain

What you'll do in this role:

• Manage and grow relationships with current customers
• Present solutions to C-level executives and owners
• Work closely with our sales team in onboarding accounts
• Achieve monthly revenue and retention goals
• Assist in daily customer service needs of our accounts
