Position Overview: Join our team as a Sales and Customer Support Associate, where your primary goal will be to provide quick and friendly service to our customers. You'll engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them in making informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively greet and assist customers in various departments to enhance their shopping experience.
• Obtain product knowledge to effectively recommend solutions that encompass complete projects.
• Ensure product displays are well-stocked, organized, and safe for customers.
• Maintain a clean and inviting shopping environment, adhering to all safety policies and standards.
• Collaborate with Department Supervisors and fellow team members to provide excellent service.
• Address and report any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately to the Manager on Duty.

Department Opportunities: You may have the opportunity to work in various store departments including Building Materials, Dcor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.

This role may involve positions such as Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
