We're a locally owned and operated apartment management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents - and we know that starts with a strong, professional maintenance team. About the Role: As an AC Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning and heating systems. You'll ensure all HVAC equipment is operating safely and efficiently, helping to keep our residents comfortable year-round. You will also perform electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs; as well as prepare apartments for new resident move ins.
