Job Details

Performs various clerical functions such as answering phone, copying, faxing and making calls to healthcare providers. Provides support to laboratory technical staff through handling specimens in pre-analytic and post-analytic phases of testing. Maintains clean, neat and well stocked laboratory workspaces and equipment. Complies with organization's C. A. R. E. S. standards. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Must successfully complete in-house training under close supervision of Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician. Basic knowledge of computers, printers and office laboratory equipment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently. Physical Demands:Must possess good physical health.
