Job Description:
We are seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator Contractor to support, configure, and maintain our ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on platform administration, automation, and integration support, working closely with IT and automation teams.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
• Build, manage, and support workflows and automations using Flow Designer
• Conduct instance upgrades
• Manage users, roles, updates, and system configurations
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide operational support
• Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement platform enhancements

• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer (required)

• ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro-Certification
• PowerShell scripting experience
• Experience utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
• Prior contract or consulting experience
