Pay: $17.00 to $17.50 per hour

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Load, unload, move, locate, relocate, and stack merchandise safely and accurately using a pick or other power equipment.
• Optimize rack usage by moving products as necessary to create space and protect items from damage.
• Assist in conducting physical inventories as directed by the supervisor.
• Complete all paperwork related to merchandise pulling accurately and timely according to procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Detail-oriented and efficient, responsive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs. or more with assistance.
• Prior warehouse experience is advantageous.
• Forklift certification or previous lift operation experience is preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrates a strong customer focus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• This position typically involves physical activities including speaking, sitting, standing, climbing, pushing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motions.
• Good balance and coordination are essential.
• Physical demands include heavy lifting (50 lbs. or more with assistance).
• Ability to sustain heavy physical activity throughout the shift.
