Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Leverage deep knowledge of Home Depot's systems, processes, and customer service philosophy to provide tailored solutions.
• Build relationships with new and existing accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead business reviews, present performance metrics, and consult on strategies aligned with Home Depot's operational standards.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively, drawing on experience dealing with Home Depot-type escalations and issue management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of commitments, products, and services.
• Train or mentor team members on Home Depot compliance, policies, or best practices if required.

• 3-5 years' experience in a customer service, client management, or business development role, with a preference for Home Depot or big-box retail background.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships, retain customers, and exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Home Depot's policies, retail processes, and customer experience standards.
• Experience preparing and delivering reports or presentations to stakeholders.
