Job Responsibilities:-

• ServiceNow Architect experience on modules like CSM, SPM and ITSM.
• Must have extensive knowledge on design & implementation of domain separation environment for service providers.
• A ServiceNow Platform Architect provides Customer with technical governance guidance, in line with ServiceNow leading practices, for leveraging their -- ServiceNow applications and platform as mutually agreed upon by the parties and in line with Customer's priorities.
• Design and collaborates with Developers in the creation of a High-Level Solution Design Document.
• Maintains expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, products, capabilities, and ecosystem.
• Creates and maintains a Technical Implementation Roadmap. Provides hands on assistance with the detailed design and implementation approach of selected projects.
• Configure/Enhance the ServiceNow Platform to meet the Identified Business requirements and Functional needs.
  • Utilize ServiceNow Plugins/Automation tools to build Innovative Solutions.
  • Develop integrations leveraging point-to-point interfaces, Web Services (REST / SOAP), file-based transfers, etc.
  • Support ServiceNow Platforms through Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Root-cause analysis and Implementing Bug-Fixes.
• Create user stories by understanding requirements and technical architecture.
• Identify Gaps and Commit to Continuous Improvement.
• Ensure that ServiceNow recommended best practices are utilized for all configurations and customizations.
• Create technical, functional, upgrade/build/configuration documentations and release notes.
• Support ServiceNow Platforms through Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Root-cause analysis and Implementing Bug-Fixes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to the ServiceNow platform team responsible for analysis, design, development and implementation of modules and application on ServiceNow platform (certification appreciated).
• Ability to recognize potential and actual issues, needs and opportunities for improvement in the implementation of ServiceNow.
• To solve complex problems, design user-friendly interfaces, and optimize processes through automation.
