AO Globe Life is hiring full-time Remote Client Advisors to join our nationwide team. In this role, you'll connect virtually with families who have requested information and guide them through essential supplemental benefit programs. This is a client-facing position built around communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.
No cold calling. No door knocking. No chasing leads. All appointments are pre-scheduled.
What You'll Do
- Host scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom
- Help clients understand available supplemental benefit options
- Guide families through the enrollment process step-by-step
- Maintain organized digital records and manage follow-up communication
- Participate in weekly training, mentorship, and professional development
- Structured training program and ongoing mentorship
- Real client-facing experience from day one
