CNC Lathe Machinist Operator - Northshore, LA
Pay: $19/hour (up to $24 DOE)
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM | 4-day workweek
Shifts: Rotating day/night every 3 months + overtime opportunities

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented CNC Lathe Machinist Operator to support daily manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and manuals
• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines
• Determine sequence of operations and setup requirements
• Maintain quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Ability to read mills and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented and able to work with plant leadership, engineers, and coworkers
