The Position

We are looking to hire a Part-time GTM Engineer Consultant to design and build a world-class outbound growth engine from scratch. This is a 90-day "Build & Transfer" engagement, where you will architect, implement, and operationalize a modern GTM stack, and train the internal team to run it independently.

What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience as a GTM Engineer Consultant.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
  • Proven experience building and scaling GTM or outbound automation systems
  • Mastery of Clay, including relational tables, formulas, and credit optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools such as Instantly, Expandi, Apollo, and Common Room.
  • Experience with dynamic image generation tools such as DynaPictures, Hyperise, or Bannerbear.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and automation platforms like Make.com or similar.
  • Deep knowledge of email deliverability best practices, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and inbox rotation strategies.
  • Ability to design scalable, automated workflows across multiple systems.
  • Experience integrating tools with custom CRM systems.
  • Ability to create clear documentation and train non-technical stakeholders.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
  • Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
  • Ability to consistently work 20 hours per week.
