Senior Publisher Development Manager - CPL Lead Generation
About Motive Interactive

Motive Interactive is a performance-based lead-generation network with 20+ years of industry experience. We work with large-scale direct publishers who generate CPL traffic across insurance, health, home services, auto, finance, and other high-value verticals.

We do not run influencer programs, e-commerce coupon sites, or brand-side affiliate programs.
We work with real traffic operators running paid media, native, search, display, email, push, social, and proprietary funnels.
The Role

This role is not account management.
It is publisher acquisition and revenue growth.

We are looking for a senior-level publisher operator who already has a book of business and knows how to recruit, activate, and scale direct CPL publishers.

You will be responsible for:

• Bringing new publishers into the Motive ecosystem
• Activating them quickly
• Scaling volume
• Maintaining lead quality

If you don't already have relationships with traffic owners who move real CPL volume, this role will not be a fit.
What You Will Do

• Recruit and onboard direct CPL publishers (not sub-networks)
• Launch new traffic partners across multiple verticals
• Negotiate payouts, caps, testing budgets, and scale plans
• Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and advertiser performance
• Work with compliance and analytics to protect traffic integrity
• Grow your own portfolio of revenue-producing publisher relationships

Who This Is For

You should apply if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience working in lead generation, CPA or CPL networks
• Have a real book of publishers (paid traffic, SEO, email, native, social, etc.)
• Know how to evaluate traffic quality, EPCs, lead scoring, and conversion data
• Have worked at a network, lead gen company, or traffic brokerage
• Are comfortable negotiating deals and scaling volume

Who This Is NOT For

This role is not for:

• E-commerce affiliate managers
• Influencer or creator program managers
• Brand-side affiliate coordinators
• SaaS referral marketers
• Coupon, cashback, or loyalty program managers

We are looking for traffic and revenue operators - not program administrators.
Bonus If You Have

• Experience in insurance, Medicare, health, home services, auto, or finance lead gen
• History of scaling CPL offers to high volume
• Understanding of compliance, TCPA, and lead quality controls
• Experience with Everflow, HasOffers, CAKE, Voluum, or similar platforms
